(1) If the Authority does or intends to do any work contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act, the Government of Nepal may issue an order to stop such work.
(2) The Government of Nepal may cancel any order given by the Authority in whole or in part in accordance with this Act, if it deems it necessary in view of the public interest.
(3) The Government of Nepal may, by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, exempt any or all of the fees or fares to be paid to the Authority by aircraft and air passengers in accordance with Section 10, so that no specific aircraft and person or class need to pay.
(4) The Government of Nepal may dissolve the Authority if it does not perform the work required to be done by the Authority in accordance with this Act, if it does not comply with the duties or if it does not comply with the order given by the Government of Nepal, if the property of the Authority is in a state of embezzlement or loss or if it deems that it is not necessary to maintain the Authority for any other reason.< br> (5) If the authority is dissolved according to sub-section (4), the rights, liabilities and assets of the authority will be transferred to the Government of Nepal.
